Behind the entry gates of Chaffin Butte Ranch is a unique 900 acre community dedicated to preserving the natural landscape and providing homeowners with a peaceful haven away from it all. There are few communities that voluntarily preserve the land and natural surroundings.
Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains of the Bitterroot Valley, Chaffin Butte Ranch is located east of Corvallis, Montana, referred to as the "Heart of the Bitterroot." Chaffin Butte Ranch is approximately 35 miles south of Missoula and 10 miles north of Hamilton.
Careful planning and strong CC&R's protect the homeowners, the land and the night skies. Architectural guidelines assure that every lot will have unobstructed views and homes will flow with the natural terrain and blend into the environment.
